The First Doctor got to fight the cutest War Machines ever.

This is a metaphor.

In this metaphor, the part of Hart Hanson will be played by the Dalek, and the 5th Doctor represents me and every other Bones fan of good faith and conscience. 

Spoiler-free zone, but if you’ve seen the penultimate episode of the current season of Bones (season 6, yo), you’ll understand.

I simply couldn’t pass up posting this Tiki Dalek. I promise I’m not turning into an all-Who-all-the-time Tumblr.

Or maybe I am.

The royal wedding is now just around the corner. Some people will be content simply watching the event on their television, but not one Doctor Who fanatic.

Chris Balcombe, 51, has spent one week decorating his Dalek to tie in with the occasion. The Doctor’s nemesis has been painted red, blue and white and is covered with Union Jack flags and photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Furthermore, Chris attached a mechanical grip to the Dalek so it can hold trays of food and drinks.
